I am allowed to change and update this information at anytime.

I will not change my style for your commission. If you don't like my style, or how I do things, please don't commission me.

 

Unless commissioning me for a reference sheet, you MUST provide me with an unshaded reference or set of PNGs with clear view of the character. Examples are under 'ref sheets' on my price page. 

 

General

• Commissions are for Personal Use only.

• You may use your commissioned piece for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.

• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

• I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities and subjects I will not draw.

• Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within one week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

• You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $10 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

Payment & Fees

• All payments are upfront  in full through the agreed platform.

• Payment plans up to three separate payments are a possibility with tight budgets. Each payment will require a 10% upcharge to cover paypal fees.

• Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined. (Previously discussed payment plans can extend this time)

• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $100 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio. (This includes not posting it until a dedicated date if it is more than one week. However if you require a piece to be done before said date I will need a minimum of two months in advance.)

• Complexity fee is between $10-$100 for all Commissions.

• If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($30 USD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD).

​Revisions

• Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.

• Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

​Deadlines and delivery

• I do NOT work on a deadline.

• My commissions may take up to 1 or 2 months depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.

• I will keep you updated if delays occur.

• If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $30 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state when you receive a quote from me that you wish for a Rush Fee. (However if you already have a Commission in my queue and would like for your new Commission to skip ahead I will not apply this fee.)

​Intellectual Property Rights

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

Exceptions:

If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used in promotional purposes.

​Refunds

• I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.

• You may cancel before payment is made.

• Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:

• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork (or character if an adoptable.)

• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).

• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.

• Result in a formal complaint against you.

Commissioner rights

You May:

• Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased.)

• Print art for yourself.

• Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@Aenverthil".

You may NOT:

• Use the artwork commercially without permission.

• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

• Remove signatures/watermarks.

• Resell or redistribute the artwork.

• Modify the artwork without my consent.

• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

Blacklist Policy

• Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

• The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

Will not draw

These are subjects I dislike greatly but will draw with an added fee that can range anywhere between $50-$200 for a commission. This will not be open for discussion otherwise. This list may change down the line.

I reserve the right to decline if a commission includes any of the following:

• Avali

• Sergals

• Synths

• Taurs

• NSFW (I will be very vanilla about this)

These subjects are an absolute no and requesting these topics will result in a block from any further contact.​

• Any Fetish/Fetish pandering (I will draw micro/macro art, but nothing with extreme angles/feet/maws.) I am not shaming but I will not personally participate.

• Cub/Child Porn

• Hate art (Anything from facism, racism, anti-LGBTQA+, transphobic is not allowed.)

• Animal Abuse

• Domestic Abuse

• NonCon

• Extreme Gore (mild blood is fine)

• Detailed cities/Interiors (this may change down the line).

• Vehicles

• By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
